Sponsors of clinical research-related services have expressed a growing need for formal access to professionals with expertise in the drug development process and related fields. Consistent with a growing emphasis on "outsourcing" professional services as required by sponsors, the demand is usually incremental, based on specific projects and time-limited service requirements. Many professionals have an interest in and the option of accepting opportunities to participate in projects beyond their regular employment commitments. Over the years, we have had the good fortune of working with many high-quality individuals with various areas of expertise, and would like to take the opportunity to further compile those colleagues to form a network of individuals whose skills and experience may be sought on a temporary or longer-term consulting basis by various clients with whom we interact.
