Watkins Inc Research is a physician-based client-services consulting firm that creates sustainable improvements in two specific health care sectors:

Our clients seek a critical assessment of existing processes, and receive specific recommendations for design improvement and management of critical development/service pathways.  Our clients also rely on us to facilitate the inevitable "cultural change" that accompanies any organization's change in process.
